Fusion Vinyl Pro Tiles

The FUSION Vinyl Pro tile is currently in the development and Design stage and will be introduced into our current range very shortly.

This tile has been created to protect and improve your floor using the latest technologies while benefiting from years of development and refinements.

Not only are the FUSION Vinyl Pro tiles Stylish, Strong and not to mention very Affordable, but they have been developed to be functional for the harsh New Zealand environments.

The FUSION Vinyl Pro tile is constructed using a reinforced A grade polypropylene and a sturdy reinforced Vinyl cover with an exclusive composition which has been specially designed to stand up to the demanding mainly interior and covered exterior conditions it will be applied in.

Being modular, the FUSION Vinyl Pro tile adapts only to the limits of your imagination to create your own unique environment, and within hours, not days, your creation is complete.

LOW MAINTENANCE

The FUSION Vinyl Pro tile has a unique open slat design under the Vinyl top which gives the Vinyl Pro tiles its great strength rating while providing a smooth flat stylish finish which also leaves a clean presentable surface. This is a great advantage in high traffic areas such as showrooms, offices, and trade show areas.

You can easily remove dirt and debris with a shop vacuum, hose, or a water blaster.

STYLISH DESIGN

The FUSION Vinyl Pro tile is designed to be the perfect modular floor tile.

We have worked hard to eliminate most of our competitors flaws with our FUSION Pro tile range.

All of our FUSION Pro tiles have four separate injection points on the underside of the tile, to not only give it its strength of a 4-point injection process but also eliminates the visible defect of the injection points.

Some companies will insist that this is a technical necessity to promote a good manufacture process, but this is not the case as we have proven.

The FUSION Vinyl Pro tiles are devoid of these unsightly injection points.

SUPERIOR STRENGTH

Our FUSION Vinyl Pro tiles are designed with 24 fasteners per tile (six on each side, 12 male and 12 female) for a very strong unique hold.

With a 15,000kgs rollover weight capacity and a compressive strength of 1950 psi, the FUSION Vinyl Pro tile will more than meet your everyday needs.

INDOOR AND OUTDOOR USE

Use your FUSION Vinyl Pro tiles indoor or outdoor with no worries at all, while the latter is encouraged to be used outdoors under cover.

Due to its smooth vinyl finish this tile is not encouraged to be used in wet areas which could cause slipping. The FUSION Ribbed Pro range tiles are ideally suited to wet areas keeping the flooring surface dry and safe.

EASY TO INSTALL

The FUSION Vinyl Pro tile system is very easy to install and can completed in only a matter of hours, not days, like many other floor coverings such as epoxy, paint, and carpet.

There is no smell with the tile installation, unlike epoxy and paint, and again unlike epoxy, paint and carpet, next to no preparation is required.

The only tools required for installation are a multitool, jigsaw, or skill saw (all with a fine-tooth blade) to cut any final tiles around placings.

CLEANING AND MAINTAINANCE

Cleaning your FUSION Vinyl Pro tiles is as simple as vacuuming dust and other debris up or sweeping with a broom.

You can mop the surface, use a hose or pressure blaster and these will not damage your tiles.

For stubborn marks, you can use an automotive degreaser, glass cleaner, or any other tough cleaner.

All of the FUSION tile range are resistant to all household cleaning products, petrol and strong industrial cleaners.

COLOUR RANGE

FUSION Vinyl Pro floor tiles will be available in 10 awesome designs to begin with.

We are always developing new designs to add to our range and can add your specific design on request.

You can combine different colours and mix with the different tile styles available in the range.

We can add a custom logo to showcase your style if you wish to stand out in the crowd.
